I’m Gonzalo Barandiarán, a passionate entrepreneur with roots in law and business management. After starting my career in human resources and law in Boston and Madrid, I discovered my true passion in the gastronomy industry and have since created a vibrant collection of restaurants across Madrid.

Started as an intern at Michael Page International in Boston.

Worked as a labor lawyer at Cuatrecasas, one of Spain’s top law firms.

Transitioned to the gastronomy sector and founded RANTANPLAN, my restaurant group.
